The FISHER T205 regulator is a direct – operated and spring – loaded regulator, mainly used in tank blanketing systems. Here is its introduction:
Function and Use: The T205 series of regulators can maintain a slightly positive pressure to prevent the vapor of the stored liquid from escaping into the atmosphere, reduce the combustion risk of the liquid, and prevent the product from oxidation or contamination due to exposure to air.

Specification Parameters: The body sizes are 3/4 inch (DN20) or 1 inch (DN25). The maximum allowable inlet pressure is 150 psig (10.3 bar) for gray cast iron and 200 psig (13.8 bar) for WCC carbon steel, LCC carbon steel or CF8M/CF3M stainless steel. The maximum outlet (casing) pressure is 35 psig (2.4 bar) for gray cast iron and 75 psig (5.2 bar) for carbon steel or stainless steel. The maximum emergency outlet pressure is 35 psig (2.4 bar) for NBR, FKM or EPDM diaphragms and 10 psig (0.7 bar) for FEP diaphragms. In terms of the standard temperature range, it is – 20 to 180 °F (- 29 to 82 °C) for NBR and FEP diaphragms, and – 20 to 225 °F (- 29 to 107 °C) for EPDM diaphragms. For the high – temperature range, it is 40 to 300 °F (4 to 149 °C) for FKM and 0 to 300 °F (- 18 to 149 °C) for FFKM. The pressure registration of type T205 is internal, and that of type T205M is external. The spring case vent connection is 1/4 NPT, the diaphragm case control line connection (type T205M) is 1/2 NPT, and the approximate weight is 17.7 pounds (8 kg).
