Specification Parameters
Size: The valve body sizes range from 1/4 inch to 2 inches (DN6 to DN50).
Pressure: The maximum inlet pressure can reach 1000 psig (69.0 bar), and the maximum outlet pressure is 450 psig (31.0 bar). The designed maximum working pressure is 600 psig (41.4 bar), and the outlet pressure range of 95HT is 15 to 300 psig (1.0 to 20.7 bar).
Temperature: The maximum working temperature can reach 650 °F (343 °C).
Connection Mode: It provides various port connection forms, including NPT, SWE, welding, and integral CL150 RF, CL300 RF, CL600 RF, and PN 16/25/40 RF.

Versatile Function: It is suitable for a variety of process media, including air, steam, gas, water, liquid (oil and process chemicals), oxygen, and cryogenic pressure control.
Tight Shut – off: It is usually equipped with an elastomer seat to ensure tight shut – off. In high – temperature environments, a metal seat is provided to meet the needs of different working conditions.

Differential Pressure Control: It has a Teflon – sealed loading spring and a threaded interface, which can apply pressure in the spring case of 95LD and 95HD to achieve differential pressure control.
Wide Application: Optional materials can be provided for special application conditions such as sour gas, cryogenic conditions, and superheated steam. NACE structures that meet the MRO175 – 92 standard can also be provided.
Large Turndown Ratio: There is no need to use low – Cv valve internals at low flow rates, which can meet different flow requirements.
Easy Maintenance: By removing the plug at the bottom of the regulator, the valve seat components can be easily accessed, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
