Specification Parameters
Size: The valve body sizes range from 1/4 to 2 inches (DN6 to DN50).
Pressure: The designed maximum working pressure reaches 600 psig (41.37 bar), and the maximum working temperature reaches 650 °F (343 °C). The maximum inlet pressure is 1000 psig (69.0 bar), and the maximum outlet pressure is 450 psig (31.0 bar).
Connection Mode: It offers various port connection forms, including NPT, SWE, welding, and integral CL150 RF, CL300 RF, CL600 RF, and PN 16/25/40 RF, etc.
Performance Characteristics
Versatile Function: It can be used for all process media, including air, steam, gas, water, liquid (oil and process chemicals), oxygen, and cryogenic pressure control.
Tight Shut – off: The elastomer seat ensures tight shut – off, and a metal seat is available at high temperatures.
Durable: It can withstand an inlet pressure of up to 600 psig (41.4 bar). The inlet and outlet pressure ratings of the 95H series are equal, up to 600 psig (41.4 bar).
Robust Structure: The construction materials include cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, Monel alloy, Hastelloy C, etc. Elastomeric materials and corrosion – resistant valve internals for severe service conditions are also available, which have excellent liquid compatibility.
Differential Pressure Control: It has a Teflon – sealed loading spring and threaded interface, which allows pressure to be applied in the spring case of 95LD and 95HD.
Wide Application: Optional materials are available for applications in sour gas, cryogenic, and superheated steam conditions. NACE structures meeting the MRO175 – 92 standard are available.
Large Turndown Ratio: There is no need to use low – Cv valve internals at low flow rates.
Easy Maintenance: The valve seat components can be easily accessed by removing the plug at the bottom of the regulator.
