1. Which regions do we support delivery to?

We offer global delivery services. However, some remote areas may not be directly accessible, and in such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: Orders within Mainland China typically arrive within 3-5 business days; international orders may require 10-15 business days or longer, depending on the destination.

Express Delivery: For certain cities and regions, we provide an express service that can deliver within 10 business days. Please select this option during checkout and note that additional fees may apply.

3. How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on our website or the corresponding courier’s website.

4. Can I change the delivery address?

If the order has not yet been processed, you can contact our customer service to change the delivery address. Once the order enters processing, the address cannot be modified, so please ensure the address entered at the time of ordering is correct.

5. Are there shipping costs?

Regular quotations do not include transportation costs. For orders reaching a certain amount, we provide free shipping. Orders below this amount will incur different shipping charges based on the destination. Specific shipping fees will be according to our quotation documents.

6. What if I miss the delivery?

If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they usually leave a notice instructing how to reschedule the delivery or where to collect your parcel. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.

7. What should I do if the item is damaged upon arrival?

Should you find the item damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will promptly handle returns or exchanges for you.
