TESCOM™ Series 23 Springless and Threadless Pressure Regulating Valve

The Series 23 ultra-high – purity straight – through regulator has a finish of 10 Ra micro – inches and a flow capacity of up to 950 SLPM. The Series 23 uses a束缚 diaphragm (the original Chinese “束缚” can be “constrained” for accurate technical meaning here) and features an internal springless and threadless design. The inlet pressure is 250 psig/17.2 bar, and the outlet pressure can reach 100 psig/6.9 bar. It is very suitable for high – flow straight – through pressure regulation, especially an ideal choice for purge applications.
