This kit covers the wearing parts of the FISHER 6351 and 6352 pressure loaded pilots, the small relay pilots that sense downstream pressure and load the actuator of a gas regulator. When a pilot loses sensitivity, hunts or leaks at the body plug, the diaphragm, O-rings and gaskets are normally the cause. The kit is supplied to the maintenance parts list of the 6351 and 6352 pilots and contains the diaphragm assembly, body plug O-ring, gaskets and the small seals and hardware needed for a field overhaul, so the pilot can be rebuilt on site instead of replaced. Nitrile elastomers suit natural gas, LPG and air service within the normal pilot temperature range. All parts are genuine FISHER spares, packed as a set for one pilot.

Typical Applications

Selection Notes

State the pilot model (6351 or 6352), the regulator type it is fitted to and the quantity required. If the control spring range is being changed at the same time, order the spring separately. Send us your parts list and we will confirm the kit content.
