Product Overview

The Fisher 67DFR-24 and 67DFR-25 are filter regulators that clean and reduce compressed air before it reaches a valve actuator, positioner or instrument. Filtering and pressure reduction are combined in one compact body, so the air set needs only one mounting point on the yoke or panel.

The body is aluminium with 1/2 in NPT inlet and outlet, maximum inlet pressure 250 psi (17.2 bar), and a standard 5 micron filter element. Outlet spring ranges are 0-20, 0-35, 0-60 and 0-125 psi; stainless steel 67DFSR versions accept up to 400 psi inlet and extend the range to 0-150 psi. Maximum air flow is about 560 Nm3/h and the diaphragm is suitable for service from -29 to 82 C. A drip well and drain allow condensate removal without dismantling the unit.

Typical Applications

Fitted on the air supply to pneumatically operated control valves, on positioner and cylinder air lines, and on instrument air headers in gas regulating stations, refineries, chemical plants and power stations. The regulator holds a steady pressure to the actuator so valve stroking stays repeatable when header pressure moves.

Selection Guide

Choose the spring range to suit the actuator requirement, normally about 5 psi above the maximum actuator pressure. State whether a gauge is needed, since the /C4 gauge option is a separate item, and confirm aluminium 67DFR or stainless steel 67DFSR when supply pressure exceeds 250 psi.
