TESCOM™ 50 – 4000 Series Hydraulic Power Unit Subsea Wellhead Regulators
The 50 – 4000, 50 – 4100, and 50 – 4200 series pressure regulators come with an internal bypass. They can shorten production time and reduce maintenance costs. These revolutionary regulators control high – pressure glycol, shorten the pressurization time, and extend the service life of the pressure regulator. They are ideally suitable for hydraulic power units (HPUs) and wellhead control panels.
 Features
– The unique integrated bypass simplifies high – pressure system design, reduces components and leakage channels, and enhances safety.
– Adding the 50 – 4000 to the hydraulic power unit unit simplifies complex startup procedures and shortens downtime related to long – belt filling.
– Controls pressures up to 20000 psig / 1379 bar with large changes in flow rate.
– The new valve stem and sealing design extend the service life of the pressure regulator in critical high – pressure and water – based hydraulic applications.
