TESCOM™ SG3 Series Single – Stage Regulators
The SG3 series is a compact, lightweight, high – purity single – stage regulator, suitable for specialty, flammable, and industrial gases with a flow rate of 5 – 200 SCFM / 141 – 5600 SLPM. The highly sensitive and durable metal diaphragm ensures the purity and integrity of the gas and prevents leakage. The extremely low inlet attenuation characteristic can provide a stable outlet pressure under the condition of inlet pressure change. It is suitable for laboratory and point – of – use gas systems in medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and other high – purity applications.
